1For this reason, now that we have left the primary doctrine about the Christ, let us press on to maturity, not laying a foundation again, namely, repentance from dead works, and faith toward God,

1Therefore let us move beyond the elementary teachings about Christ and be taken forward to maturity, not laying again the foundation of repentance from acts that lead to death, and of faith in God,

1Por esta razón, ya que hemos dejado la doctrina primaria acerca del Cristo, pasemos adelante a la madurez, y no pongamos de nuevo un fundamento, a saber, arrepentimiento de obras muertas, y fe para con Dios,
