^     Leviticus 19 Leviticus 19 Levítico 19
28“‘And YOU must not make cuts in YOUR flesh for a deceased soul, and YOU must not put tattoo marking upon yourselves. I am Jehovah. 28“‘Do not cut your bodies for the dead or put tattoo marks on yourselves. I am the LORD. 28”’Y no deben hacerse cortaduras en su carne por un alma difunta, y no deben ponerse marcas de tatuaje. Yo soy Jehová.
^     Leviticus 21 Leviticus 21 Levítico 21
1And Jehovah went on to say to Moses: “Talk to the priests, Aaron’s sons, and you must say to them, ‘For a deceased soul no one may defile himself among his people. 1The LORD said to Moses, “Speak to the priests, the sons of Aaron, and say to them: ‘A priest must not make himself ceremonially unclean for any of his people who die, 1Y Jehová pasó a decir a Moisés: “Habla a los sacerdotes, hijos de Aarón, y tienes que decirles: ‘Por un alma difunta nadie podrá contaminarse entre su pueblo.
11And he should not come to any dead soul. For his father and his mother he may not defile himself. 11He must not enter a place where there is a dead body. He must not make himself unclean, even for his father or mother, 11Y no debe venir a ninguna alma muerta.
4No man of Aaron’s offspring when he is leprous or has a running discharge may eat of the holy things until he becomes clean, neither he who touches anyone unclean by a deceased soul or a man from whom there goes out a seminal emission, 4“‘If a descendant of Aaron has a defiling skin disease or a bodily discharge, he may not eat the sacred offerings until he is cleansed. He will also be unclean if he touches something defiled by a corpse or by anyone who has an emission of semen, 4Ningún hombre de la prole de Aarón cuando sea leproso o tenga flujo podrá comer de las cosas santas sino hasta que llegue a ser limpio, tampoco el que toque a cualquiera [que se haya] hecho inmundo por un alma difunta o un hombre de quien salga una emisión seminal,

2“Command the sons of Israel that they send out of the camp every leprous person and everyone having a running discharge and everyone unclean by a deceased soul. 2“Command the Israelites to send away from the camp anyone who has a defiling skin disease or a discharge of any kind, or who is ceremonially unclean because of a dead body. 2“Manda a los hijos de Israel que envíen fuera del campamento a toda persona leprosa y a todo el que tenga flujo y a todo el que se haya hecho inmundo por un alma difunta.
^     Numbers 6 Numbers 6 Números 6
6All the days of his keeping separate to Jehovah he may not come toward any dead soul. 6“‘Throughout the period of their dedication to the LORD, the Nazirite must not go near a dead body. 6Durante todos los días de mantenerse separado para Jehová no podrá venir hacia ninguna alma muerta.
11And the priest must handle one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering and make atonement for him, since he has sinned because of the [dead] soul. Then he must sanctify his head on that day. 11The priest is to offer one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering to make atonement for the Nazirite because they sinned by being in the presence of the dead body. That same day they are to consecrate their head again.
(6-7) 6Now there happened to be men who had become unclean by a human soul so that they were not able to prepare the passover sacrifice on that day. Hence they presented themselves before Moses and Aaron on that day. 7Then those men said to him: “We are unclean by a human soul. Why should we be restrained from presenting the offering to Jehovah at its appointed time in the midst of the sons of Israel?” (6-7) 6But some of them could not celebrate the Passover on that day because they were ceremonially unclean on account of a dead body. So they came to Moses and Aaron that same day 7and said to Moses, “We have become unclean because of a dead body, but why should we be kept from presenting the LORD’s offering with the other Israelites at the appointed time?”
10“Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, ‘Although any man of YOU or of YOUR generations should happen to be unclean by a soul or off on a distant journey, he too must prepare the passover sacrifice to Jehovah. 10“Tell the Israelites: ‘When any of you or your descendants are unclean because of a dead body or are away on a journey, they are still to celebrate the LORD’s Passover, 10“Habla a los hijos de Israel, y di: ‘Aun cuando cualquier hombre de ustedes o de sus generaciones esté inmundo por un alma, o se halle en un viaje distante, él también tiene que preparar el sacrificio de la pascua a Jehová.
^     Numbers 19 Numbers 19 Números 19
11Anyone touching the corpse of any human soul must also be unclean seven days. 11“Whoever touches a human corpse will be unclean for seven days. 11Cualquiera que toque el cadáver de alma humana alguna, entonces tendrá que ser inmundo siete días.
13Everyone touching a corpse, the soul of whatever man may die, and who will not purify himself, has defiled Jehovah’s tabernacle, and that soul must be cut off from Israel. Because the water for cleansing has not been sprinkled upon him, he continues unclean. His uncleanness is still upon him. 13If they fail to purify themselves after touching a human corpse, they defile the LORD’s tabernacle. They must be cut off from Israel. Because the water of cleansing has not been sprinkled on them, they are unclean; their uncleanness remains on them.
^     Haggai 2 Haggai 2 Ageo 2
13And Haggai went on to say: “If someone unclean by a deceased soul touches any of these things, will it become unclean?”

In turn the priests answered and said: “It will become unclean.”

13Then Haggai said, “If a person defiled by contact with a dead body touches one of these things, does it become defiled?” 13Y Ageo pasó a decir: “Si alguien inmundo por un alma difunta toca cualquiera de estas cosas, ¿se hará inmunda?”.
