(42-44)
42And there was a man that came from Baal-shalishah, and he came bringing to the man of the [true] God bread of the first ripe fruits, twenty barley loaves, and new grain in his bread bag. Then he said: “Give it to the people that they may eat.”
43However, his waiter said: “How shall I put this before a hundred men?” To this he said: “Give it to the people that they may eat, for this is what Jehovah has said, ‘There will be an eating and a having of leftovers.’”
44At that he put it before them, and they began to eat, and they had leftovers according to the word of Jehovah.

42A man came from Baal Shalishah, bringing the man of God twenty loaves of barley bread baked from the first ripe grain, along with some heads of new grain. “Give it to the people to eat,” Elisha said.
43“How can I set this before a hundred men?” his servant asked.
44Then he set it before them, and they ate and had some left over, according to the word of the LORD.

42Y hubo un hombre que vino de Baal-salisá, y vino trayendo al hombre del Dios [verdadero] pan de los primeros frutos maduros, veinte panes de cebada, y grano nuevo en su bolsa de pan. Entonces él dijo: “Dalo a la gente para que coma”.
43Sin embargo, su criado dijo: “¿Cómo pondré esto delante de cien hombres?”. A esto él dijo: “Dalo a la gente para que coma, porque esto es lo que ha dicho Jehová: ‘Habrá comer y sobrar’”.
44Ante eso, lo puso delante de ellos, y empezaron a comer, y hubo sobras, conforme a la palabra de Jehová.
