^     Colossians 3 Colossians 3 Colosenses 3
9Do not be lying to one another. Strip off the old personality with its practices, 9Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices 9No estén mintiéndose unos a otros.
^     John 8 John 8 Juan 8
44YOU are from YOUR father the Devil, and YOU wish to do the desires of YOUR father. That one was a manslayer when he began, and he did not stand fast in the truth, because truth is not in him. When he speaks the lie, he speaks according to his own disposition, because he is a liar and the father of [the lie]. 44You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

11Women should likewise be serious, not slanderous, moderate in habits, faithful in all things. 11In the same way, the women are to be worthy of respect, not malicious talkers but temperate and trustworthy in everything.
^     Proverbs 16 Proverbs 16 Proverbios 16
28A man of intrigues keeps sending forth contention, and a slanderer is separating those familiar with one another. 28A perverse person stirs up conflict,
and a gossip separates close friends.
