^     Hebrews 7 Hebrews 7 Hebreos 7
(23-25) 23Furthermore, many had to become priests [in succession] because of being prevented by death from continuing as such, 24but he because of continuing alive forever has his priesthood without any successors. 25Consequently he is able also to save completely those who are approaching God through him, because he is always alive to plead for them. (23-25) 23Now there have been many of those priests, since death prevented them from continuing in office; 24but because Jesus lives forever, he has a permanent priesthood. 25Therefore he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them.
^     Romans 6 Romans 6 Romanos 6
9For we know that Christ, now that he has been raised up from the dead, dies no more; death is master over him no more. 9For we know that since Christ was raised from the dead, he cannot die again; death no longer has mastery over him.
