(37-39)
37“Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the killer of the prophets and stoner of those sent forth to her,—how often I wanted to gather your children together, the way a hen gathers her chicks together under her wings! But YOU people did not want it.
38Look! YOUR house is abandoned to YOU.
39For I say to YOU, YOU will by no means see me from henceforth until YOU say, ‘Blessed is he that comes in Jehovah’s name!’”

37“Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were not willing.
38Look, your house is left to you desolate.
39For I tell you, you will not see me again until you say, ‘Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.’”

37”Jerusalén, Jerusalén, la que mata a los profetas y apedrea a los que son enviados a ella..., ¡cuántas veces quise reunir a tus hijos, como la gallina reúne sus pollitos debajo de sus alas! Pero ustedes no lo quisieron.
38¡Miren! Su casa se les deja abandonada a ustedes.
39Porque les digo: No me verán de ningún modo de aquí en adelante hasta que digan: ‘¡Bendito es el que viene en el nombre de Jehová!’”.
