^     Galatians 5 Galatians 5 Gálatas 5
26Let us not become egotistical, stirring up competition with one another, envying one another. 26Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other. 26No nos hagamos egotistas, promoviendo competencias unos con otros, envidiándonos unos a otros.
^     Titus 3 Titus 3 Tito 3
3For even we were once senseless, disobedient, being misled, being slaves to various desires and pleasures, carrying on in badness and envy, abhorrent, hating one another. 3At one time we too were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds of passions and pleasures. We lived in malice and envy, being hated and hating one another. 3Porque hasta nosotros en un tiempo éramos insensatos, desobedientes, extraviados, esclavizados a diversos deseos y placeres, ocupados en maldad y envidia, aborrecibles, y nos odiábamos unos a otros.
^     Luke 12 Luke 12 Lucas 12
15Then he said to them: “Keep YOUR eyes open and guard against every sort of covetousness, because even when a person has an abundance his life does not result from the things he possesses.” 15Then he said to them, “Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.” 15Entonces les dijo: “Mantengan abiertos los ojos y guárdense de toda suerte de codicia, porque hasta cuando uno tiene en abundancia, su vida no resulta de las cosas que posee”.
