12Later Jehovah said to Moses and Aaron: “Because YOU did not show faith in me to sanctify me before the eyes of the sons of Israel, therefore YOU will not bring this congregation into the land that I shall certainly give them.”
|
12But the LORD said to Moses and Aaron, “Because you did not trust in me enough to honor me as holy in the sight of the Israelites, you will not bring this community into the land I give them.”
|

9And Jehovah came to be incensed at Solomon, because his heart had inclined away from Jehovah the God of Israel, the one appearing to him twice.
|
9The LORD became angry with Solomon because his heart had turned away from the LORD, the God of Israel, who had appeared to him twice.
|

(1-3)
1And the word of Jehovah began to occur to Jonah the son of Amittai, saying:
2“Get up, go to Nineveh the great city, and proclaim against her that their badness has come up before me.”
3And Jonah proceeded to get up and run away to Tarshish from before Jehovah; and he finally came down to Joppa and found a ship going to Tarshish. So he paid its fare and went down into it, in order to go with them to Tarshish from before Jehovah.
|
(1-3)
1The word of the LORD came to Jonah son of Amittai:
2“Go to the great city of Nineveh and preach against it, because its wickedness has come up before me.”
3But Jonah ran away from the LORD and headed for Tarshish. He went down to Joppa, where he found a ship bound for that port. After paying the fare, he went aboard and sailed for Tarshish to flee from the LORD.

(1-3)

(66-67)
66Now while Peter was below in the courtyard, one of the servant girls of the high priest came,
67and, seeing Peter warming himself, she looked straight at him and said: “You, too, were with the Nazarene, this Jesus.”
|
(66-67)
66While Peter was below in the courtyard, one of the servant girls of the high priest came by.
67When she saw Peter warming himself, she looked closely at him.
|
(66-67)
|
|
(71-72)
71But he commenced to curse and swear: “I do not know this man of whom YOU speak.”
72And immediately a cock crowed a second time; and Peter recalled the saying that Jesus spoke to him: “Before a cock crows twice, you will disown me three times.” And he broke down and gave way to weeping.
|
(71-72)
71He began to call down curses, and he swore to them, “I don’t know this man you’re talking about.”
72Immediately the rooster crowed the second time. Then Peter remembered the word Jesus had spoken to him: “Before the rooster crows twice you will disown me three times.” And he broke down and wept.
|
(71-72)
Y, abatido, rompió a llorar.
